End Sex Trafficking

EST Day Pic

Last year, I was asked by Erin Giles to contribute to her book “End Sex Trafficking: Let’s Be Impossible to Ignore” which raised funds for anti-human trafficking organization Not For Sale.  Erin had been inspired to act after watching award winning documentary on human trafficking “Nefarious: Merchant of Souls”.  Despite being on food stamps and self employed while being a momma and a wife,  Erin brought together 60 award winning entrepreneurs, writers, and creatives to write the book.  Contributors include Seth Godin, Carol Roth, and Tara Sophia Mohr.  I was honored to have been asked.

In the beginning of 2013, Erin called me and asked me to work with her on EST’s 2013 Campaign. Of course I said yes! What has followed has been a whirlwind of hard work, determination, blessings and excitement.

EST Day will raise $25,000 for 5 non profits that are hitting the ground everyday fighting for the enslaved. We’ve chosen non profits that are making impact in every area of ending sex trafficking; awareness, prevention, rescue and recovery. Big changes will take place with the work that these non profits will be able to do with their $5,000!

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said, “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter,” so I’m inviting you to join me, because it won’t be successful without you. Head here to learn more about the change that will take place, share the movement and give. We need your voice and your support.

We are the keys to freedom.

I’m standing up for freedom, will you?

I’m standing up for freedom, will you?
